🃏 VJPC Poker Etiquette & Conduct Policy
At VjekoJack Poker Club (VJPC), we pride ourselves on fostering a respectful, enjoyable, and fair environment for all members. As a private, invitation-only community, we expect every player to uphold the highest standards of conduct—both at the table and beyond.
🎯 Core Etiquette Rules
1. Respect the Game and Fellow Players
- Maintain a courteous tone at all times.
- Avoid disruptive behavior, excessive table talk, or personal insults.
- Celebrate wins and accept losses with grace.
2. Play with Integrity
- No collusion, chip dumping, or angle shooting.
- Respect the dealer and game host’s decisions.
- Do not reveal folded cards or discuss hands in play.
3. Be Punctual and Prepared
- Arrive on time for scheduled games.
- Notify the host in advance if you’re unable to attend.
- Bring appropriate buy-in and respect agreed stakes.
4. Keep It Clean and Friendly
- No aggressive behavior, intoxication beyond control, or harassment.
- Respect the venue—whether private or public.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere that reflects the club’s values
5. Respect Privacy and Confidentiality
- Do not share member information, game outcomes, or internal discussions outside the club.
- Photos or recordings during games require consent from all present.
⚖️ Penalties for Breach of Etiquette
All violations are reviewed by the VJPC Ambassadors, who serve as the club’s governing body. Penalties are issued based on severity and recurrence:
- Minor Violations (e.g. lateness, excessive chatter)
• First Offense: Verbal warning
• Repeated Offense: Temporary suspension (1–2 games) - Moderate Violations (e.g. rudeness, rule bending)
• First Offense: Written warning + ambassador review
• Repeated Offense: Suspension (up to 1 month) - Major Violations (e.g. cheating, harassment)
• First Offense: Immediate suspension + ambassador review
• Repeated Offense: Permanent removal from club
Note:
- Ambassadors reserve the right to escalate or reduce penalties based on context.
- Members inactive for 12+ months are automatically marked as inactive.
- Appeals or concerns may be submitted to info@vjpc.net for review.
