🃏 VjekoJack Poker Club — Ambassador Meeting Summary

Date: 1 September 2025

✅ Membership & Application Process

  • All new applicants must be recommended by an existing member.
  • The five Ambassadors will vote anonymously to approve or reject the application.
  • If rejected, the applicant may reapply the following year.

🪙 GOLD Membership Launch — Starting 1 January 2026

  • Annual fee: £20
  • Benefits include:
  • Access to club-branded poker table and chips (available for personal use)
  • Contribution toward website maintenance and, poker chips and poker cards
  • Recognition as a GOLD member within the club

 

💰 Tournament Buy-In Policy

  • Non-GOLD members will pay £2 extra on all tournament buy-ins.
    • Example: Standard buy-in £20 → Non-GOLD members pay £22
  • Applies to all events, including Champions League 2026

🎄 End-of-Year Funds

  • Any surplus funds will go toward the Christmas Party
  • A bar tab will be opened for members to enjoy
